Big day today! LouJean met with her colorectal surgeon (Dr. Griffin) at St. Mark's Hospital. Deanna, Kenna, Ruthann, and Kent went with her. Everyone felt good about the surgeon. LouJean is scheduled to have
surgery next Thursday. Dr. Griffin stated that he
would be aggressive and try to remove all the cancer.
I watched Kazy so Ruthann could go to the appointment. It was a rainy day, so parks were out of the question. We decided to go to Puppy Barn.
Puppies are so cute!
Word about LouJean has spread throughout the
ward. Today the Mansfield’s brought
cream of broccoli soup, rolls, and donut holes.
Sister Ballentyne and Sister Giles brought chicken noodle soup, salad,
bread, and chocolate cake. The Strouds
brought us cinnamon rolls. –So many kind
people in the ward!
Here it is! -It wasn't that bad. :)
