Check Out This Ugly Dude

We found this little guy out in our raspberry patch. I didn't know what kind of spider he was. Aaron captured him and we did a little research. We found out he's a cat face spider. They're harmless to people, but my goodness, they are UGLY.

Eagle Mountain Splash Park

Yesterday we went with some friends to Eagle Mountain's new splash park. My kids loved it. It was great catching up. I sure miss a lot of my old neighbors. :) Here are some pictures from our afternoon.

Happy Pioneer Day!

Aaron took half of the day off on Monday. We decided to spend our holiday fishing. We went to Gooseberry, and we had such a good time. The weather was good. All together we caught about 10 fish. Not to shabby!

Nebo Loop ...Well Almost

We attempted to drive the Nebo Loop again today. We tried back on the fourth of July and had to turn around near the Santaquin exit. We made it further today, but had to turn around shortly after we got into Juab county. Apparantly it's flash flood time. Grrr! We were so bummed. The ride was still beautiful. We couldn't believe how green everything still was. Even at the end of July!
Still snow on the mountains.
EEEEWWWW! I don't like pictures of myself.

Foam Days

Yesterday we took our kids and some of their cousins to Foam Days. I'd never heard of Foam Days until this year, but apparently it's been going on for a few years now. On this day, Lehi city brings in several vendors, food, inflatable toys, and foam. My husband set up a booth for his office (Dry Creek Chiropractic). We had a good time, but it got kind of crazy for me trying to keep track of everyone. We left before the firetrucks squirted everyone with foam. :( -Maybe next year.

Razzle Bedazzle

Saturday night Aaron and I splurged and bought some fireworks from Walmart. My family, my in-laws, my mom and my brother watched the firworks. One of my favorites was named, "Razzle Bedazzle." How cool is that? Following our little show, we made some smores. They were so yummy! Here are some pics from the evening.Cute little Breezy

All of my kids did really well. Brody only plugged his ears a couple of times.
The whole crew.
Aaron setting up for smores. How do you like his head light? Sheesh, I sure do love him.

Jimmer Camp

Andrew finished up Jimmer Camp yesterday. His camp went from Monday to Friday from 11:00-1:30. Andrew loved every minute of it. I loved it because it not only taught him basketball skills, but it also taught him values. Andrew with all of his cheerleaders.
