32 Isn't That Bad

Card from my co workers at Project Reality
Card from my In Laws

Card from Mom, Dad, and Mike

I had my 32nd birthday yesterday. 32 isn't so bad. I had a wonderful day. My kids were so sweet. All day long they made me decorations and wrapped presents.

Sweet little Alyssa

Breezy (Note all of the decorations on the fireplace)

Abby with one of my presents wrapped in tissue

I got a pink spongy curler

I also scored candy, a My Little Pony Book, and an Ewok eraser. :)

My family gave me a few gift certificates, a pair of shoes, some t-shirts, and a side table I found on KSL.

Later in the evening Aaron took me to dinner and a movie. We ate at Applebees and saw the movie "Limitless."

How Do You Sleep?

Coloring Easter Eggs

Wow! Easter really snuck up on us this year.
We promised the kids we would color eggs.
For several different reasons, we kept putting it off.
Last night my kids gave me a guilt trip.
"You PROMISED us."
-So, we did.
Here are the finished products.
Enjoy!

Tooth #3

Brody lost his 3rd tooth! Aaron first noticed that it was gone on Saturday. Neither of us know what happend to it. Brody is so independent. I really hope that he didn't swallow it. (I don't think he would, but you just never know). Brody didn't show us his first two teeth either.

So Sweet!

Walker Family Easter Egg Hunt

Ashley's Easter Egg Hunt

As I mentioned in my previous post, my nephew Jordan proposed to his girlfriend yesterday. I, my niece Brittany, and my daughter Abby got to help Jordan set up Ashley's Easter Egg Hunt.

Jordan left a clue at Ashley's church
"On the holy day, we go here to pray."

Adventure Land Park
"Over yonder is a park with slides. Go check out those rides."

The bleachers at Lone Peak Highschool
"Go to a place where people cheer and sit on their rear."

Lone Peak High Seminary Building
"Spiritual growth is cool, even at school."

The flag pole at Lone Peak Highschool
"Men will die, just to see this flag fly."

Warenski Funeral Home
"You stab em, we slab them."

Jordan gave Ashley a ring pop. They picked out a real ring later on in the evening.

The last clue led Ashley to the Mt. Timpanogos Temple. Jordan waited in the back with a bouquet of flowers and his ring pop.

Brittany, Abby and I hid behind a wall and took these "Under cover" pictures. Ashley found Jordan in this picture.

She gave him a hug.

Jordan got down on his knees and asked her to marry him.

She said yes, and they hugged and kissed!

Jordan then gave her the bouquet. He told her we were hiding behind the wall.

(I think she already knew.)

The Cute Engaged Couple!

Their wedding will take place some time around the first of August.

Congrats Jordan. Thanks for letting us help with the Easter Egg Hunt. We had a blast! :)
